Packages: All Galleries, All Public, Only Selected
Currently packages can be limited to only public galleries (non-password protected, public galleries) or specifically chosen galleries. This creates extra work for photographers with many unlisted or password protected galleries.
Solution: Add an additional level of selection.
All galleries: Site wide, all inclusive regardless of privacy settings.
All public galleries: Only galleries available for public access. This excludes unlisted and password protected galleries.
Only Ones I Choose: The photographer can nit-and-pick to their delight.

Packages should be assignable by CATEGORY. Weddings, Sports, Portrait, etc.
It is a pain assigning them 1 by 1.

I love the packages but I'd like to be able to automatically offer packages to customers who don't want their pictures all over the internet.
Right now, we have to go into each package, every time we create a new gallery, and add that gallery so the customer can pick a package.

This would save me a ton of time since I'm uploading multiple new galleries (all of which are password protected) every day, and all of them should have packages.
